Competences of a manager in a Limited Liability Company:

1-Representing the company before the judiciary and others.

2-Managing the company and carrying out all necessary actions to achieve its objectives.

3-Calling for ordinary and extraordinary general meetings to convene, setting the agenda, and determining the date and location of the meeting.

4-Calling for an extraordinary general meeting if the company incurs losses amounting to half of its capital to consider either dissolving the company or continuing its activities.

5-Implementing all resolutions issued by the ordinary and extraordinary general meetings.

6-Proposing a decrease or increase in the company’s capital.

7-Presenting a report to the ordinary general meeting at its annual session to discuss the budget regarding managing the company.
